Youth Support Specialist- (DSP)- Team Lead
A Great Opportunity/ $19.25~$20.25 per hour / Near Columbus Airport, Ohio Dominican and Bexley, OH
At Via Quest ICFs, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required!

- Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
- Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Motor Vehicle Record must meet specific requirements including (but not limited to):
- No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
- Motor Vehicle Record must meet specific requirements including (but not limited to):
- Reliable vehicle with active insurance
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed
