Slot Game Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Slot Game Concept Design:  Develop innovative and engaging slot game concepts, including core gameplay, bonus features, and player progression systems.
Game Design Documentation:  Create and maintain detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) covering game features, math models, symbol behavior, paytables, and UI flow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with art, development, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final game.
Gameplay Balancing:  Fine-tune gameplay mechanics to ensure balance, rewarding progression, and engaging player experiences.
Market & Trend Analysis:  Monitor industry trends and competitor games to introduce fresh ideas and propose innovative features.
Play testing & Iteration:  Collect feedback from playtests, analyze performance data, and iterate on game designs to improve engagement and retention.
Prototyping & Wire framing:  Develop prototypes and wireframes to clearly communicate and validate design ideas.
Player Experience Evaluation:  Continuously evaluate and refine designs to ensure an intuitive, immersive, and enjoyable player experience.
Requirements:
Industry

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience designing slot or casino games.
Slot Mechanics Expertise:  Strong understanding of slot mechanics, volatility, hit rates, RTP, and player engagement loops.
Economy & Monetization:  Familiarity with game economy balancing and monetization strategies.
Tools & Documentation:  Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Figma, or similar documentation and design tools.
Collaboration & Communication:  Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Gaming Passion:  Passion for slot games and awareness of current trends in the casino gaming market.
Analytical

Skills:

Mathematical or analytical background is an added advantage.
