Workday / HCM Technical Interviewer

We’re looking for experienced  Workday professionals  to join our technical interviewer panel and help us assess candidates across different Workday and HCM skill sets.

This would suit someone who has strong hands-on experience in Workday and is comfortable interviewing other professionals in their area of expertise.  Previous experience conducting technical interviews would be preferred.

This is not a full-time position. Interviews will be arranged based on requirements and your availability, and  each engagement will be paid .

Workday Core HCM | Integrations | Finance | Payroll | Security | Reporting & Analytics | Recruiting | Talent & Performance | Compensation & Benefits | Time Tracking & Absence | Learning | Extend | Testing/QA | Functional & Technical Consulting

We’re also happy to speak with professionals specialising in other areas within the  Workday/HCM ecosystem .

What would you be doing?
You’ll conduct technical interviews with candidates relevant to your area of expertise.

The focus will be on understanding the candidate’s  actual hands-on experience , asking relevant technical and scenario-based questions, and providing us with clear feedback after the discussion.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong hands-on experience in one or more Workday/HCM areas

• Good understanding of your specialist module/domain

• Experience at Senior Consultant, Lead, Architect or SME level

• Confidence conducting technical discussions with experienced candidates

• Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear feedback

• Previous technical interviewing experience –  preferred, but not essential for the right SME

Engagement
This is a  paid and flexible engagement  rather than a full-time role.
Interviews will be scheduled depending on our requirements and mutually agreed availability, making this suitable for experienced Workday professionals who are interested in supporting technical interviews alongside their existing commitments.
