Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit and select sales executives. Supervise their daily activities and conduct fortnightly performance reviews to ensure all targets are met.
Sales Management: Drive sales productivity by focusing on key metrics such as premium per executive and case rate. Maximize business from a given target market and ensure the team consistently exceeds revenue goals.
Coaching and Mentoring: Conduct joint field work and demonstrate effective selling skills. Help executives leverage the company's internal systems to enhance their performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage, track, and convert leads from the telemarketing unit. Engage with customers to resolve queries, handle complaints, and provide excellent service to ensure high customer retention.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure the team operates with 100% adherence to company rules and regulations regarding need-based selling and compliance. Educate the team and prospects on product comparisons to help them make informed decisions.
Required Candidate Profile
Education:
A graduate degree is required, with an MBA being a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience in managing agents or sales representatives.
