Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Japanese Language Trainers to teach JLPT N5 level courses at our partner colleges and language institutes. The ideal candidate should have strong Japanese language proficiency, a passion for teaching, and the ability to create an engaging classroom environment that helps students build a solid foundation in the language.
Candidates from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities  Deliver engaging Japanese language classes for JLPT N5 learners.
Teach core language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
Introduce students to Hiragana, Katakana, and foundational Kanji required for the N5 curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Conduct assessments, assignments, and periodic evaluations to monitor student progress.
Encourage active classroom participation and build students' confidence in using Japanese.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and share regular progress updates with the academic team.
Introduce learners to basic aspects of Japanese culture and everyday communication to make learning more practical and engaging.
Eligibility  Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to  JLPT N4 or N3  (JLPT certification preferred).
Freshers with strong Japanese language skills are welcome to apply.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Comfortable using digital teaching tools and presentation software.

Ability to explain grammar, sentence structures, and writing systems in a simple and engaging manner.
