Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Food Technologist with 3–9 years of experience in product development, quality assurance, and food manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in R&D activities, quality systems, and ensuring consistent production output.

Key Responsibilities
Lead product development and formulation for new and existing SKUs
Conduct lab trials, testing, and validation of formulations
Perform sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, internal quality standards, HACCP & safety norms
Collaborate with production teams for scaling trials from lab to commercial batches
Maintain detailed documentation for R&D, QC, and regulatory submissions
Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials
Analyze batch variations and implement corrective actions
Assist in vendor assessments and quality audits
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production and quality

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Engineering
5-9 years of relevant experience in R&D, Quality Control, or Production in the food industry
Strong technical knowledge of food formulations, ingredients, and processing
Hands-on experience in lab trials, quality systems, and regulatory standards
Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setup
Must be comfortable travelling daily to Bhiwandi
Immediate joiners will be given preference
