Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced   Inventory Management & Warehouse Accounting professional   with hands-on exposure to   e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart   , and   B2B business operations   . The role will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, stock accounting, reconciliation, and financial controls to support smooth order fulfillment and business growth.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Manage end-to-end warehouse inventory operations for e-commerce and B2B channels
Ensure accurate stock levels across warehouses and sales platforms
Monitor inward, outward, returns (RTO), and damaged stock
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams
Handle marketplace inventory requirements for Amazon, Flipkart, and other portals
Ensure compliance with SLA, dispatch timelines, and inventory norms
Accounting & Reconciliation
Maintain accurate inventory accounting records in ERP systems
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation between physical stock, ERP, and marketplace reports
Track inventory valuation, COGS, and aging stock
Handle accounting for goods inward, GRN, stock transfers, and write-offs
Reconcile sales, returns, and claims from e-commerce platforms
Support GST-related inventory documentation (inward, outward, returns)
Coordinate with finance and audit teams during internal and statutory audits
Reporting & MIS
Prepare inventory and warehouse MIS reports
Analyze stock variance, shrinkage, and slow-moving inventory
Share insights and recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and cost control
Required

Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in   Inventory Management & Accounting   within   E-commerce / B2B   environments
Hands-on experience with   Amazon, Flipkart   , or similar marketplaces
Strong knowledge of   warehouse operations   , inventory control, and reconciliation
Working knowledge of   inventory accounting, COGS, and GST impact on stock

Experience with   ERP / WMS systems   (SAP, Tally, Net Suite, or similar)
Advanced proficiency in   MS Excel   (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliation models)
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-warehouse or omnichannel operations
Exposure to audits and financial controls in warehouse environments
Ability to handle high SKU volumes and fast-moving inventory
