Bag Designer

We are looking for a  creative and detail-oriented Bag Designer  to conceptualize and design  product accessories , primarily focusing on  bags, pouches, and packaging concepts . The role requires translating brand aesthetics into  functional, visually appealing, and market-ready product designs  that align with the company’s premium hospitality and retail standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design  bags, pouches, and accessory packaging  for various product lines.
Develop  innovative packaging concepts  that enhance product presentation and brand experience.
Create  design mockups, sketches, and prototypes  for product accessories and packaging materials.
Work closely with  product development, sourcing, and marketing teams  to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.
Research  market trends, materials, and design innovations  to bring fresh ideas into product development.
Coordinate with  vendors and manufacturers  for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility.
Ensure all designs meet  quality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines .
Support the team with  design documentation, technical specifications, and product development timelines .

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in  Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or a related field .
2–5 years of experience  in product design, packaging design, or accessory design.
Experience designing  bags, pouches, or packaging structures  will be preferred.
Proficiency in design tools such as  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software .
Strong understanding of  materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes  for packaging and accessories.
Excellent  creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills .
Ability to  translate concepts into practical, production-ready designs .

Preferred Skills
Experience working with  hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, or personal care brands .
Knowledge of  sustainable packaging and materials .
Ability to create  prototype samples and design presentations .
