The Deputy Director will lead the end-to-end placement and internship activities for the institution, ensuring 100% placements and internships for students. Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Placement Strategy and Accountability:
Take full accountability for achieving 100% placements for eligible students.
Develop and implement a robust placement strategy to meet organizational goals and secure opportunities with top-tier companies offering competitive salaries.
Corporate Engagement:
Identify, connect, and convert leading companies to participate in campus placements.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with recruiters to enhance placement partnerships.
Negotiate to ensure high-quality job profiles and remuneration for students.
Internships and Employability:
Ensure 100% internship opportunities for students across relevant industries.
Collaborate with academic and training teams to align employability training with market trends and skill demands.
Monitor and improve the overall employability quotient of students through workshops, career fairs, and mock interview sessions.
Event Coordination:
Plan, organize, and manage job events, corporate meetings, and HR summits to enhance placement activities.
Facilitate participation in external recruitment fairs and ranking events to strengthen institutional visibility.
Coordinate with industry leaders for guest lectures, panel discussions, and mentorship programs.
Rankings and Accreditations:
Contribute actively to improving the institution's ranking by ensuring placement data compliance for accreditation and surveys.

Key Qualifications and Skills
Educational
Qualifications:
B.Tech + MBA from a recognized university/institution.
Experience:
10–15 years of proven experience in placements, recruitment, or related fields.
Experience in leading placement activities for educational institutions or corporate campuses is preferred.
Skill Set:
Strong corporate network and ability to convert opportunities into tangible results.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Proficiency in placement management software and digital platforms.
