Providing training in curriculum implementation
Conducting center visits for operational support
Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers
Orientation programs for parents and teachers
Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned
Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centers
To maintain centers as per LMEPL norms
Desired Skills
Excellent command over English
Should be familiar with the preschool industry
Preschool Franchising knowledge, an added advantage
The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a month
Well versed with early childhood curriculum
