Toprankers is hiring for a  Manager – Offline Academics  role based out of Bhopal.

Role Overview

The role involves managing and strengthening the academic operations of offline centers across India spanning multiple domains including:

Law
Judiciary
Design
Management

Key Responsibilities Include

Overseeing academic functioning across offline centers
Ensuring consistency and quality in academic delivery
Identifying gaps in academic processes and operational workflows
Building smoother, more efficient, and scalable academic systems
Coordinating closely with center teams and academic stakeholders to drive execution excellence

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are preferably looking for:

An aptitude trainer from CLAT/CAT/IPMAT background with 2–4 years of experience
Someone looking to transition into a non-teaching academic management role
Strong aptitude for academic operations, coordination, problem-solving, and process improvement
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across diverse academic verticals
Willingness to work from Bhopal
