Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role based in Bhopal. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process, provide detailed information about the institution, and assist in program selection. The role includes organizing and conducting information sessions, addressing inquiries, and building relationships with students and parents. Engaging in sales and customer service responsibilities will also be a key part of the job.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on fostering relationships and meeting objectives
Knowledge of the Education industry, with an ability to provide clear information about programs and offerings
Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of individuals and provide guidance effectively
Experience in student counseling or similar roles is preferred
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
