Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based at Radiance Skin & Hair Clinic in Odisha, India. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The role includes preparing financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations.

The Senior Accountant will oversee tax calculations and filings, coordinate with external auditors, and maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions. This position will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and process improvements, while working closely with management to support the clinic’s financial health and growth.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in core accounting functions, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit processes, preferably within the healthcare or services sector.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; ability to work with spreadsheets, financial models, and reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate high ethical standards and integrity.
Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in a senior or lead accounting role IN CA firm preferably in clinics, hospitals, or service-oriented organizations.
