This role owns how we show up everywhere: the work, the words, and the craft.

The role
This is our marketing function, owned by one person. You set the plan, write the words, design the assets, cut the videos, run the channels and the ad spend, and report on what worked.

We are looking for a modern marketer: someone who thinks in strategy and executes in craft. As comfortable shaping the plan as making the work itself. You will work directly with the founders, with real say in what we build toward and how we are seen.

What you will do
Content strategy.  The plan behind everything. Positioning, messaging, channel bets, and what we make each month.
Social media marketing.  Linked In and Instagram are our primary bets, with X and You Tube alongside. Calendar, publishing, and community.
Video content.  Concepting and producing ads, launch films, product demos, and founder content.
Video editing.  Cutting and finishing to a high standard. Sound design, music, mix, color.
Reels and short-form.  The formats that carry most of the reach. Hooks, pacing, captions, and volume.
Graphic design.  Static posts, carousels, thumbnails and motion graphics.
Paid advertising.  Running spend across Meta and Linked In. Creative testing, targeting, and cost per result.
Analytics and audience behaviour.  Reading what performed and why, and changing the plan when the numbers say to.

What makes you a match?
Proof on both sides. A reel or portfolio showing real craft, and accounts or campaigns you have grown with numbers attached.
Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects, or whatever equivalent tools you work in.
Real design ability in whatever tool you prefer, and an eye for type, layout, and hierarchy.
Motion and animation built from scratch, not presets.
Strong writing with an actual voice. Short-form copy is a large part of this job.
Tuned into modern trends and able to act on them. You spot a format early, execute it well, and know when to invent something of your own instead of following.
Hands-on paid experience. You have run budgets and know what a bad CPL looks like.
Comfort with data. Reach, saves, watch time, CAC, pipeline, and what they actually tell you.
B2B sense. You can make technical work interesting without over claiming.
An AI-native workflow, and the judgment to keep it from flattening your voice.
Ownership and opinions. You set the plan, ship without being chased, and push back when you disagree, including with us.

Strong plus
Deep experience with Linked In and Instagram specifically. They are our main bets.
Color grading, 3D, or Blender work.
Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or technical products.
Email marketing and lifecycle.
Influencer or creator partnerships.
A personal audience you built yourself.

Engagement
Full-time, remote, with overlap on IST hours.
We cover the cost of the software, subscriptions, and AI tools you need.
Compensation discussed based on experience.
