Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will guide and support students in identifying their career goals and pathways. They will assist individuals in understanding career opportunities, provide one-on-one counseling sessions, and help develop personalized career plans. The role includes collaborating with teams to ensure the achievement of student success milestones.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
Experience in Student Counseling and understanding their academic and professional needs
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly understand and address student queries
Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Prior experience in career development or student advisory roles is a plus
