Position: Law Faculty – Legal Reasoning (CLAT)

Job Summary
The role involves teaching Legal Reasoning for undergraduate law entrance exams, primarily CLAT, at different centres and external venues in Bhubaneswar. The faculty member will create an engaging learning environment, simplify complex legal concepts, and mentor diverse student groups.

Key Responsibilities
1) Teach Legal Reasoning and related topics as per the current CLAT and other law entrance exam syllabus in both classroom and online modes.
2) Prepare and deliver high-quality, interactive lectures, demonstrations, and case-based discussions.
3) Conduct extra help sessions, doubt clearing, and mentoring for students requiring additional support.
4) Monitor student performance and provide personalised academic mentoring and feedback.
5) Stay updated with changes in CLAT, AILET, and other law entrance examinations, including evolving exam patterns, legal developments.
6) Support academic outreach initiatives through seminars, workshops, and promotional events at schools and colleges.

Required Qualifications , Skills, and Experience
1) Graduate (5-year Integrated Law Programme) or Postgraduate in Law from a reputed university. Graduates from National Law Universities will be preferred.
2) Strong command over Legal Reasoning, English language, Analytical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension.
3) Deep understanding of the CLAT/other law entrance test structure and evolving syllabus trends.
4) Excellent communication, presentation, and student-interaction skills.
5) Prior experience (approximately 1 year or more) in teaching or mentoring students for CLAT or similar law entrance examinations will be preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong legal aptitude, communication skills, and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
