Role Description
This on-site, full-time role based in Bhubaneswar involves leading and managing sales operations within the assigned area. The Area Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, and achieve growth and sales targets. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, training and motivating the sales team, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales plans and activities.

The role also involves identifying opportunities for business expansion and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications
Experience in sales leadership, business development, and team management
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and analyze market trends
Knowledge of the local healthcare market and pharmaceutical products
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and expertise in problem-solving
Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage
