About the Role:

Are you passionate about fostering a safe and healthy work environment Do you have the skills and expertise to ensure workplace safety protocols are strictly followed Wonderla Holidays is looking for a dedicated  Executive - HSE  to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs to protect our employees and promote sustainable operations.

You will collaborate closely with management and staff to develop, enforce, and monitor safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify unsafe acts and conditions; recommend and discuss countermeasures with relevant personnel.
Conduct hazard identification and risk analysis, proposing corrective measures to departments and management.
Plan and execute HSE training sessions to enhance employee skills and safety awareness.
Implement IMS (Integrated Management System) standards and strengthen the Emergency Response Team.
Manage first aid activities and ensure readiness for emergencies.
Verify work permit systems and maintenance check sheets, escalating issues promptly.
Report safety deviations and observations in ride areas; coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments.
Analyze injury and ill-health data from the First Aid station; recommend preventive measures.
Oversee the implementation of the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) system.
Ensure safety measures are implemented for new projects and construction activities.
Comply with State Pollution Control Board regulations and legal requirements.
Monitor and continuously improve safety management systems.
Conduct mock drills and training programs on HSE, IMS, and first aid.
Perform internal, external, and vendor safety audits.
Lead safety committee meetings and conduct safety talks for shop floor employees.
Implement and manage health processes within the organization.
Drive process excellence initiatives to achieve operational efficiency.
Lead the effective implementation of 6S methodology to enhance customer service excellence.
Ensure adherence to grooming and personal hygiene standards across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques.
Ability to conduct safety audits and lead training sessions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with IMS, LOTO systems, and 6S practices is preferred.
Knowledge of legal compliance related to pollution control and workplace safety.
