Shift Lead – Beneficiation Plant | JSL, Jajpur

We are looking for a skilled  Shift Lead  to manage operations at our MRP-Beneficiation Plant. The ideal candidate will oversee daily plant activities, ensure production targets are met, maintain safety standards, and lead a team of operators effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily plant operations, including start-ups, shutdowns, and meeting production targets.
Monitor and control critical process parameters: temperature, pressure, density, and slurry flow.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE protocols (LOTO, PTW, inspections).
Lead, mentor, and manage shift operators for optimal manpower utilization.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Collaborate with quality, logistics, and operations teams for smooth raw material handling.
Maintain accurate shift logs, performance reports, and handover documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma /

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in iron ore / mineral beneficiation / MRP / RMHS Operations
Strong operational, troubleshooting, and team management skills
Immediate joiners preferred
