Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Rider role based in Bhubaneswar,Cuttack,Jajpur,Angul,Kendujhar,Dhenkanal,Duburi. The Rider will be responsible for the timely and efficient pickup and delivery of packages to customers. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and safe handling of shipments, maintaining delivery records, and providing excellent customer service. The Rider will also be required to follow assigned routes, comply with company policies, and adhere to road safety regulations.

Qualifications
Strong navigation skills and familiarity with local routes and traffic guidelines in Bhubaneswar.
Ability to deliver packages in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining accuracy.
Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones for updating delivery statuses and using navigation apps.
Physical fitness to handle packages and perform daily delivery tasks.
Valid driver's license and a two-wheeler vehicle with proper documentation for transportation purposes.
A proactive and reliable approach to work with a focus on safety and punctuality.
Basic knowledge of local geography will be considered an additional advantage.
