Newbury – Hybrid (3 days in the office) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000  Excellent Benefits The Opportunity CV Screen is recruiting for an exciting Senior Client Manager opportunity with an established professional services organisation near Newbury. The organisation provides a broad range of accounting, taxation, business and legal services, supporting businesses and individuals with trusted, commercially focused advice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional to take ownership of a valued client portfolio, provide strategic advice and play a key role in developing a team.

Duties & Responsibilities Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, overseeing accounts, tax compliance, onboarding and ongoing advisory support. Lead client meetings, clearly presenting financial results and identifying opportunities to add commercial value. Review work produced by colleagues, maintaining high technical standards while coaching and developing team members. Build long-term client relationships, while contributing to new business development and fee proposals.

Champion continuous improvement across the practice, collaborating with colleagues to enhance client service and efficiency. What Experience is Required ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant, or qualified by experience, with substantial accountancy practice experience. Proven ability to manage client relationships, provide commercial advice and confidently lead client meetings. Strong leadership and commercial skills, including experience of reviewing work, developing people, billing and fee management.
