Key Responsibilities:
Email inbox monitoring. Dealing with incoming calls from drivers and other service users. Website access assistance. Daily Report formatting and issuing. Monitoring and responding to live chat questions. Processing payments and taking payments over the phone. Operation of Client software for vehicle management. Continuous process review and improvement. Provide departmental statistics for use by internal management. Ensure all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner.
General administrative duties relating to specific client requirements. Escalating queries when required. Essential & desirable skills:
Competent with IT. Confident on the phone and with email communication.
