TUAL is seeking a hands‑on Product Manager that will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring their innovative product offerings align with market demands and customer needs. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, driving a customer‑focused approach, and have leadership over the design and user experience (UX). This dynamic leadership role is critical in scaling TUAL’s solutions and maintaining its competitive edge in the digital and hardware space.

• Product Leadership & Strategy - Vision & Roadmap, Digital Innovation, Market Focus & Ownership of Design
• Cross‑functional Leadership - Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.
• Customer Experience & Research - Voice of the Customer & User Experience (UX)
• Digital & Data Integration - Data‑Driven Decision‑Making & Technology Alignment
• Market Research & Competitive Landscape - Competitive Positioning & Product Differentiation

• Proven experience leading product and design teams in a high‑growth, scale‑up environment, preferably within the tech, mobility, or digital industries
• Ability to develop and execute long‑term product strategies that align with business goals, with a keen focus on innovation and market trends
• Expertise in product design, UX/UI strategy, and customer experience, ensuring seamless integration of digital and physical product offerings
• A deep understanding of user needs, behaviour, and preferences, with experience driving product success through a customer‑first approach
• Strong data analysis and data‑driven decision‑making skills, with experience using customer insights and market data to guide product decisions
