HR Reporting Analyst

HR Reporting Analyst role at The Bicester Collection. This role sits in People Reporting & Insights and is responsible for delivering consistent and accurate management information reporting about our workforce to the business, enabling data-driven decision making. This role is hybrid and onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

• Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests escalated by local People teams, managers or employees
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analyses for relevant stakeholders
• Take briefs from the People Insights & Reporting Manager to deliver fit-for-purpose workforce reporting and analysis for customers from across the People function and the wider business using a combination of tools, including Excel, Power BI, Service Now HR and SAP Success Factors
• Escalate identified data integrity issues to the People Insights & Reporting Manager and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain the People Reporting Dictionary

• Experience in a similar reporting and analysis role
• Experience/understanding of HR practices
• Experience in international environments
• Advanced Excel knowledge, with the ability to translate complex data into a simple format
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems – Success Factors, Service Now, Thanks Ben
