Overview
Position:
Building Surveyor (Construction) – Bicester, Oxfordshire. Salary ranges from £75,000 to £85,000, with training, progression, chartership support, a £5,400 car allowance, and a fuel card.
- Split work between site-based surveys in Oxfordshire and office tasks in Bicester.
- Conduct site inspections of residential and commercial developments.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and create risk assessments.
- Communicate findings with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure building works meet safety and functionality standards.
- Experience as a Building Surveyor or a Chartered Building Surveyor.
- Willingness to commute to Bicester and sites within Oxfordshire.
- Knowledge of building surveying, risk assessment, and construction processes.
- £5,400 car allowance.
- Fuel card.
- Training and support toward chartership.
- Salary progression and company support.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
