Permanent role:
Quantity Surveyor.
Location:
Bicester, UK.
Salary:
Up to £65,000 p.a. plus package (DOE). Car allowance or company car available.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- Perform all other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.
- Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks or infrastructure.
- Commutable around the Oxfordshire area.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
- Up to £65,000 p.a. (DOE).
- Car allowance or company car.
- Paid holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.
