Groundworks Site Manager

Atrium Associates are looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our client's team for an upcoming project in Bicester on a HV substation project.
 
Role Details:

· Position:
Civils Site Manager

· Duties:
Managing a team of ground workers and plant operatives constructing a temporary access road, installing duct, HV, AC and BESS cable / pipework.

·

Location:

Bicester

· Rate: £35ph

· Duration: 6 - 8 Week Project

· Start: 10/08/2026
 
Requirements:

· 5 Years groundworks / Civils / Utilities experience

· Provide x2 references on similar projects

· Previous experience managing projects and small teams.

Qualifications:

· CSCS Card

· SMSTS

· First Aid
