We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the South East.

This is an opportunity to join a growing delivery team working across a varied programme of works, ranging from capital maintenance projects through to large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure schemes.

Reporting into the commercial leadership team, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual performance of projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Manage and issue accurate, timely and contract-compliant notices and correspondence
• Identify and communicate commercial risks and opportunities to project leadership
• Prepare and agree applications for payment and support assessment of payment certificates
• Maintain records relating to variations, extensions of time, delays and claims
• Ensure commercial processes and procedures are implemented consistently
• Support the preparation of monthly valuations and applications for completed works
• Assist with tender negotiations and commercial reporting where required
