A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established specialist in residential groundworks and civil engineering, supporting major UK house builders. Based in Bicester
, this permanent role offers a salary of circa £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Working on a range of groundworks projects, you'll play a key role in managing project costs, supporting successful delivery, and working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients. • Manage project budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts for groundworks projects.
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, identify cost-saving opportunities and support project teams.
• Prepare valuations, manage subcontractor payments and assist with final accounts.
• Produce commercial reports and monitor financial performance to minimise project risk.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors while ensuring commercial compliance.

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within groundworks, civil engineering or a similar construction environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and valuations.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Salary of circa £65,000
