Part-Time Damp & Mould Surveyor

Part-Time Damp and Mould Surveyor Sleaford 2 - 3 months £35 Umbrella 22.5 hours per week We are currently working on behalf of a local authority in North Kesteven, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary ongoing basis. Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould work streams Manage day to day workload Adhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
