Guest Concierge

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Concierge to join a prestigious destination within one of Europe's leading outlet shopping villages. This Guest Concierge role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for every visitor. Within Guest Concierge, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards and outstanding reputation of the business.

This Guest Concierge position is based in Bicester and offers 13.25 per hour. You will work 40 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings as required.

Duties:

• Welcome guests across various locations within the destination
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote brands, services, and facilities
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and empathetically
• Communicate procedures and policies clearly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create a welcoming environment and offer refreshments to guests
• Accurately maintain customer information within the company CRM system
• Keep up to date with current promotions and offers across brands
• Complete coach check in procedures efficiently
• Assist guests with restaurant bookings, tours, attractions, and experiences
• Produce daily and weekly reports as required

Experience:

• Must have experience working within Luxury Retail or luxury Concierge environments
• A strong understanding of luxury customer service standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident using Microsoft Office packages
• Experience supporting international guests or customers would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to use initiative
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings
• Additional language skills would be beneficial
