A specialist school in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and caring ABA Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers looking to gain valuable hands‑on experience supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs.

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies.
• Help students develop communication, confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Support positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
• Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive environment.
• Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement.

• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
• A confident communicator with a genuine interest in autism and SEN.
• Interested in gaining experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
• Able to build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Calm, adaptable, and willing to learn.

• Location: Bicester
• Setting: Specialist SEN School
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: 93- 110 per day
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
