A specialist school in  Bicester  is seeking a dedicated and caring  ABA Assistant  to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers looking to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs.
As an ABA Assistant, you will:
Deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies.
Help students develop communication, confidence, independence, and social skills.
Support positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive environment.
Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement.
We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is:
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
A confident communicator with a genuine interest in autism and SEN.
Interested in gaining experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
Able to build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
