A specialist school in  Bicester  is seeking a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic  ABA Assistant  to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Behaviour Analysts, Therapists, or Teachers who want to build valuable, hands-on experience working with young people and developing their understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
As an  ABA Assistant , you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual students' needs.
Support students with their communication, social skills, independence and learning.
Follow individualised behaviour and learning programmes under the guidance of experienced staff.
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviours and engagement.
We're looking for an  ABA Assistant  who is:
Compassionate, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children and young people.
Interested in Applied Behaviour Analysis and developing practical experience within a specialist educational setting.
