An exciting opportunity has arisen withinour Support Team for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join ourteam-orientated school graded as ‘Good’ in all categories (Ofsted March 2024). The vacancy is on a part-time, term time only basis working 30 hours per week,starting in November 2026.
The ideal candidate would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils toachieve. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with SEMH may be an advantage. Your work will be divided between working with students in small groups in the department and in thewider school supporting students in their lessons in order that they are ableto access the learning.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is able to make the significant contribution required to secure the very best outcomes for SEND students at The Bicester School.
