Bicester, Oxfordshire. Salary:
Up to £44,000 per year.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, 5% pension.

We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical skills to join our small, friendly team. This is a varied, hands‑on role working in a cleanroom environment and across our facilities.

• Fault‑finding and repairing electrical systems (motors, inverters, panels) with and without diagrams.
• Carrying out mechanical maintenance on pumps, bearings, valves, chains, etc.
• Maintaining plant equipment, machinery, and facilities (HVAC, lighting, sockets, general repairs).
• Occasionally speaking with customers about products coming in for repair.
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers.

• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Experience working on industrial machinery (manufacturing background ideal).
• Able to work independently with confidence.
• Good communication skills; team fit is important.

• Work includes time in an ultra‑cleanroom (full suit provided) and general workshop areas.
• Small team: 1 Engineering Manager, 2 Service Engineers, 2 Plant Engineers.
• We make bespoke products for environmental monitoring and validation of sterilisation processes no heavy or FMCG machinery.
