Financial Accountant

Location: Launton

Temp assignment for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified/part qualified accountant with excellent analytical skills. This is a short-term temporary assignment for a period of 3 months and will assist the Financial Controller with a variety of duties including general ledger analysis, possibly tax packs, transfer pricing, balance sheet reconciliations, group reporting, stock reconciliations and possibly some bill of materials revaluation. Hours are 37.5 per week, and it is envisaged that one day may be undertaken on a hybrid basis.

The role however will be based near Grimsby. Although ideally the role will be 5 days per week, a 4-day working week can be made available. Free onsite parking available The Candidate:
The successful candidate should be available for an immediate start and be a qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant. Living within a commutable area of Grimsby is important as the role is unable to be undertaken on a remote basis although it is envisaged that one day per week could be on a hybrid basis. Strong analytical skills are essential along with a good background in financial accounting, a high degree of systems literacy and the ability to pick things up quickly.
