• Provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals with varying needs
• Assist with daily routines, meals, and medication management
• Support individuals with outings, walks, and meaningful activities that promote confidence and independence
• Participate in comprehensive client inductions and ongoing training to build your skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality, flexible care services

• Experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training
• Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care

• Competitive hourly pay rate of £14.50 – £15.00 per hour
