Pay rate: £15‑£16 per hour
Shift pattern: 12‑hour shifts (days & nights) and 24‑hour shifts (days and sleep‑ins)
We are looking for a friendly and proactive support worker to join our team in Bicester
. You will be supporting an independent, outdoorsy man with an acquired brain injury who enjoys an active lifestyle and meaningful routines. He loves visiting National Trust sites, going to the cinema (especially Marvel action films), playing chess and dominoes, and going to the gym twice a week. You will support him with planning outings, encouraging new experiences, and making the most of each day.
We are seeking someone local who can offer consistent, person‑centred support and has a full UK driver’s licence
.
Requirements:
- Clear speaking voice
- Positive attitude
- Passion for helping others live life to the fullest
- Full UK driver’s licence
- Motivated and caring person passionate about making a meaningful impact
