About Us

We are setting a new standard in complex care by combining expert clinical services with compassionate, person-centred support. “Together Towards Tomorrow” is more than our motto, it’s how we empower our clients and our staff to grow, achieve, and thrive.

We make a positive impact on entire families, nurturing their growth and working towards new achievements, always mindful of unique conditions and abilities. Our dedicated team continuously seeks new ways to improve and adapt our services, making a meaningful difference in the lives we touch.

Your Role

You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care for our male client in Peacehaven with complex healthcare and developmental needs, including neurological, physical, sensory, and emotional support requirements. The role involves implementing care plans, medication administration and providing compassionate, tailored support to promote independence and wellbeing.

Our client is a very sociable young man who enjoys gaming, history and comedy amongst many other interests. The ideal candidate for this sleep-in nights position would be calm, proactive and have a great sense of humour.

You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

Why Choose Innovate?

Unlike agency or domiciliary care roles, we offer:

  • No unpaid travel time – you’re paid for the work you do.
  • Consistent shifts with one client – predictable income and routine.
  • Reliable long-term work – not last-minute shift offers.
  • Strong team environment – backed by qualified clinical leads and support staff.
Training Pathway

If you already have experience in care and are looking to build on your skills and step into a more specialised role, this is a great opportunity for you. Our structured training includes:

  • Online learning modules
  • Face-to-face clinical training
  • Shadowing and competency assessments
  • Continuous CPD and career growth opportunities
What We Offer
  • Weekly pay
  • Transparent rolled-up pay structure – All advertised rates now include holiday pay, making it easier to compare your earnings with other roles. Your holiday pay is accrued and held safely in your holiday pot, ready for you when you take time off.
  • Clinical and peer support network
  • Allocated care coordinator and clinical lead who provide continuous support, including out-of-hours
  • Employee Assistance Programme (24/7 support)
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • “Care Professional of the Month” rewards
  • Referral bonuses
  • Bespoke, client-specific training plus career advancement opportunities including CPD
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 12 months of homecare experience
  • Experience with complex needs including brain injury, visual impairments, behavioral and learning difficulties
  • Car driver
  • Compassion, professionalism, and reliability

  • Hold an understanding of safeguarding
  • Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
