IT, Tech & Systems Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Central Support division, to oversee all systems, IT and tech support. The successful candidate will have a passion for innovation and a desire to enable increased efficiencies across a multi-disciplinary business.

• Streamline all systems and evaluate new technologies across the business to ensure efficiency.
• Work in association with our IT provider to maintain, secure and optimize the phone system, mobiles, laptops and tablets.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Implement security protocols, manage backups, file storage, data protection & enforce software licensing laws.
• Oversee IT projects, upgrades & new system implementations, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide guidance and training on all IT issues, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure user needs are met.
• Strategise with a commercial perspective on tech and AI implementation across the business.

• Have experience in an IT/systems role.
• Ideally hold a degree or equivalent advanced qualification in IT, computer science or a related field.
• Have a passion for innovation and AI technology.
• Be approachable, friendly & willing to support.

This position is a full-time role:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am until 4:30pm
