Are you passionate about ecommerce, digital marketing and creating exceptional online customer experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Digital Executive to join our growing ecommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving online sales, enhancing customer engagement and supporting the development of our digital capabilities across multiple brands and channels.

Working closely with our Ecommerce & Digital Manager, Marketing Managers and wider commercial teams, you will help manage and optimise our ecommerce platforms, digital communications and online customer journeys across both B2B and B2C channels.

As our Ecommerce & Digital Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and optimising our ecommerce websites and online storefronts.
• Managing product listings, digital content, promotions and merchandising.
• Building, testing and deploying email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Supporting social media publishing and digital campaign execution.
• Monitoring ecommerce performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Working with platforms including Shopify, Hub Spot and email marketing tools.
• Supporting online marketplace activity and ecommerce trading initiatives.
• Producing performance reports and helping to ensure data accuracy across our systems.
• Supporting the introduction of new digital tools, functionality and improvements.

We're seeking a proactive and technically minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or online trading.
• Experience managing website content and product catalogues.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confidence working with digital systems and online platforms.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-focused and commercially aware mindset.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Shopify or Shopify Plus.
• Hub Spot, Mailchimp or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Google Analytics (GA4).
• SEO and campaign tracking.
• Basic HTML and CSS.
• Ecommerce marketplace management.
• ERP or digital integration projects.
