Electrical Project Manager

Overview

A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Electrical Project Manager from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management background to join their exciting planned growth and continued success. Candidates sought MUST be commutable to Bicester / Oxfordshire. You will ideally have previous experience working on projects up to £20M+;

consideration may be given to those under this level depending on experience and project exposure.

• Manage the electrical installations into new build industrial sheds for warehousing & distribution, military, and manufacturing sectors, as well as office blocks and data centres.
• Lead projects with a strong emphasis on commercial and industrial schemes; coordinate delivery with main contractors and internal teams.
• Organise and work with other specialist electrical engineers to undertake elements of installations, alongside on-site electrical installation engineers.
• Liaise regularly with site teams including Site Managers, Supervisors, and electrical installation engineers, under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
• Establish and maintain client-facing communications, demonstrate integrity and professionalism, and contribute to a stable and progressive work environment.

• Strong background in M&E / Building Services with direct project management and delivery experience of electrical installations and related services in commercial/industrial environments.
• Proven track record of managing schemes of a similar scale and complexity; experience dealing with main contractors is highly regarded.
• Mercury to be able to commute to Bicester / Oxfordshire.
