We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Pickers & Packers to join our travel team. You will work on a production line, selecting, checking, packing, and preparing products efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Work efficiently on a production line to meet daily production targets.
• Pick and prepare products according to production requirements.
• Pack products accurately and securely.
• Check products for quality, quantity, and presentation.
• Apply labels and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Keep the production and packing areas clean and organised.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Report damaged products, quality issues, or equipment problems to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Be flexible and willing to travel to different production sites.
• Carry out other production and packing duties as required.

• Previous production line, packing, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work at a steady pace and meet production targets.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours.
• As part of the recruitment and security screening process, a five-year employment and reference history check is required.
