Our Product Guides grow through hands-on learning, steady coaching and opportunities across stores, regions and teams.

We’re looking for a passionate Product Guide (all genders) to join our team at our Store in Bicester
. You’re the face of our brand-bringing energy, expertise, and unforgettable experiences to every guest. You live for the outdoors, love our products, and share that passion authentically. You grow with us, lift others up, and help shape a community that thrives on connection, nature, and bold ideas.

• Keep the Store Running Smoothly: From processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks—you help make sure everything flows.

You’ll be part of a team that enjoys spending time outdoors together, shares product knowledge, builds strong guest relationships, and takes pride in the details. The work is hands‑on, thoughtful and rooted in connection to the outdoors and community.

  Fluency in both the local language (e.g., German) and English is essential.

  Willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30lbs as needed.

Hours: Part Time – 10-30 hours per week (2-4 days a week)

Compensation: Hourly
