We are seeking an experienced Area Coordinator to support our luxury beauty temporary staffing operations at Bicester Village, working one day per week.
The roleThis role is ideal for a former Beauty Counter Manager with strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Provide cover for the Area Manager on their day off
- Confirm temporary staff bookings
- Manage and resolve cancellations and scheduling issues
- Conduct store visits and support on-site teams
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Previous management experience (essential)
- Background in beauty retail, ideally as a Counter Manager
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Reliable and able to work independently
Working Pattern:
One day per week (ideally Wednesday, with flexibility) Ongoing part-time opportunity.
