Sales Associate (Pop-Up Store – Bicester Village)

Fixed-Term Contract (Oct–Jan)

Part Time Hours varies from 8, 12 & 30 hour, Full Flexible

Monday 6th October 2025 - this will be at Bicester or nearby

Monday 20th October 2025

Mon-Fri 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 10am-7pm

• Create an exceptional in-store experience, every time
• Drive sales through genuine conversations and active selling
• Support with stock handling, VM and store standards
• Open/close the store and support store leadership (for Key Holders)

• Passion for adidas and understanding of outlet/lifestyle brands
• Confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and key sales periods
• Prior retail experience is preferred (but not essential)

• 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.
