Back of House Manager - Luxury Fashion Pop

Up to £17 per hour (including holiday pay)

Temporary, 3-month contract

Four Seasons Recruitment are looking for an experienced Back of House Manager to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand for an exciting three-month pop-up in Bicester.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the back of house operation.
• Manage incoming deliveries, stock movements and replenishment.
• Ensure stock is accurately received, organised and stored.
• Maintain a clean, efficient and well-organised stockroom.
• Coordinate stock transfers and movement between the back and front of house.
• Support the sales team with timely stock replenishment.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to support the smooth running of the pop-up.
• Maintain the high standards expected of a luxury fashion brand.

• Previous experience in a Back of House, Stock or Operations Management role within luxury or premium fashion retail is essential.
• Strong understanding of stock management and retail operations.
• Confident managing deliveries, stock movements and inventory.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced pop-up environment.
• Professional, reliable and well-presented.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
• Available for the full three-month temporary assignment.
• Based in Bicester or able to travel easily to Bicester.
