• Support the store management team towards the accomplishment of the retail plan
• Embody the Lindt brand with passion and be part of a team of Lindt brand ambassadors who are experts at delivering the Lindt Service proposition and exceeding customer expectations every day

This role is based in Bicester Village Store and is a 0 hours casual contract.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service Role
• Work with team and Management to achieve set store targets
• Be committed to working hours/working pattern
• Provide excellent standard of customer service
• When in work always have a can-do attitude
• Have good working relationships in store and be part of the team
• Greet customers
• Accurately processing transactions through the till
• Upsell and add on items as well as offering alternatives
• Effectively manage queues
• Support team with the Sampling of products and introducing customers to our Loyalty program
• Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures, and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all Delivery / Stock / replenishment Role
• Work with team and Management to achieve set store targets
• Be committed to working hours/working pattern
• When in work always have a can-do attitude
• Have good working relationships in store and be part of the team
• Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all
• Processing deliveries efficiently
• Keep stockroom organized and rotated
• Keeping shop floor fixtures full
• Clear communication to management regarding low levels / sell ots VM / Gift Specialist Role
• Work with team and Management to achieve set store targets

• Reactive positively to change in pace
• Have good working relationships in store and be part of the team
• Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures, and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all
• Support team in ensuring store always looks presentable and shoppable
• Build gifting to company guidelines
• Monitor Gifting levels, best sellers and react appropriately What experience you’ll bring
• Proven experience within a retail organisation is preferable, as is a genuine love of all that a career in retail has to offer
• A highly motivated self-starter, with a drive for results
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships internally and externally
