Responsibilities

  • Handling requests from virtual customers via text messages, emails, Whats App calls or live streaming;
  • Present products requested by the customer through pictures, in accordance with company standards/guidelines;
  • Presentation and enhancement of the product range;
  • Schedule appointments with virtual customers;
  • Sales promotion and development in order to achieve monthly Virtual Sales targets by categories set up by management;
  • Update CRM activities;
  • Prospect research;
  • Proactively recruiting new clients;
  • Update report regarding customers details;
  • Understand the customers' needs, expressed and latent;
  • Process virtual payments;
  • Preparation of the shipment for the customer (product packaging and dispatch);
  • Reassortment of the product;
  • Handle complaints, with the support of the manager if needed;
  • Share relevant information collected concerning customers with management;
  • Keep up to date the product knowledge concerning all categories;
  • Correct handling (cleaning, care, replacement, etc.) of products in the area where virtual sales and transaction are taking place;
  • Organize and manage the product in the warehouse, following the Department Manager's instructions;
  • Extensive knowledge of the stock to optimize sales;
  • Actively participate in the stock takes by product category at the end of the year.
Qualifications

Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.

Understanding of luxury customer service.

Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients.

Being able to work in a team as well as alone.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English.
